The following template is designed for a district-wide, local race. Be advised, depending on campaign factors specific to your race, you will probably need to tweak some of the numbers listed below. However, this chart is the best starting point for the goals of your local House or Senate race. The factors which will determine where you should shift your campaign funds include how much your opponent is spending and how well connected you are to your donors.
