How to Get Nice Toned Thighs and Sexy Hips

It’s amazing how many women go to the gym looking for machines that will tone there thighs and reduce their hips. Of course every woman wants to have toned thighs and sexy hips but the problem is that they have no clue as to where to begin. So let’s look at some things that could be done to give you the hips and thighs that you have been wanting.

Will Machines Tone Your Thighs and Hips

You can go to the gym and work your butt off and have some of the best thighs and hips in the world. The problem is not that the machine doesn’t work nor is it that you have been it completely wrong but rather you have a layer of fat that you need to get rid of. The muscles under that fat are actually in great shape and you do have sexy hips you just can’t see them yet.

Exercises for Toning Thighs and Hips

There are a lot of exercises that will not only tone your thighs but also help you with your hips becoming more shapely. Some of the exercises are Romanian deadlifts, side lunges, lunges, wall squats, running stairs and sprinting. Some others are the wall sit, body squats and step ups. I will go over how two of these exercises should be performed.

Wall Sits for Toning Thighs and Great Hips

Wail sits are when you get in a seated position with your back on a wall and you simply stay in a seated position. Make sure when you squat down your knees are actually parallel to the ground with your toes in front of your knees as this helps relieve pressure of your knees. Try to maintain that position for at least 45-60 seconds and repeat for 5-10 repetitions.

Tone Your Thighs and Hips with Step Ups

Using a box, stairs, and any type of platform that allows you to actually step up that is at least 20 inches high you will simply step-up. You will step up with your left leg and then bring your right leg up afterwards but this leg does not have to touch the box or stairs. Come back down and you can alternate legs as you go up and down on the step. Adding weights as you get better and stronger will help tone your leg muscles more effectively.

Just remember that the key to having toned thighs and sexy hips is exercising, but if you want to know how to see tone thighs and sexy hips you will have to lose fat.
