In the fifteen years between 1993 and 2008, the state of Ohio lost over 230,000 taxpayers and close to $20 billion in adjusted gross income.  For both resident tax payers and businesses, Ohio’s high tax rates have been hurting the state’s economy for many years, and Thom Collier wants to do something about it.
