Fulton County Clerk James I. Nelson has announced that the last day for regular voter registration before the March 20, 2012, General Primary Election is Feb. 21.
Any persons who registered previously and has moved should transfer their registration to their new address on or before Feb. 21.
Illinois State Law requires that any voter who has moved or changed their name must pre-register or transfer their registration.
